Nilay unwrapped a Lifebuoy soap bar and placed it at the washbasin.

Me (indignantly): We can't be going back to that!

Nilay: All the handwash refills at the shop were ₹70 or more, yet each refill barely lasts a few days. And the plastic refill bags add to garbage.

Me: Well with this everyone shares the same soap bar. That's gross.

Nilay: You know it's just in your mind. No microbe can survive on a soap bar. Covid taught us that. Sharing a bar is perfectly hygienic.

Somebody lend this boy bell bottom pants. He can bring anything back into fashion.
