India has diplomatic relations with North Korea, even though it has provided nuclear weapons technology and nuclear warhead missile technology to Pakistan.

China and the US have given tons of military technology and money to Pakistan, but never any nuclear weaponry.

We also have great relations with Iran. Lots of trade and bilateral relations. The average Indian has warm fuzzy feelings about Iran. That's another country whose nuclear tech is with Pakistan, whether directly or through NK.
