I just discovered that DRIVEU has been adding a ₹15 charge for insurance, to every booking I make, without my ever asking for it. This is how my conversation with their customer service representative went down.

Do leave your comment below: am I overreacting, or is this bad behaviour on the part of the service provider?

(In my defence, it as been a rather long day for me and the last thing I was expecting at the end of it was to discover a scam like this.)
