Children's dependence on parents for key decision making makes them vulnerable. If you are a parent keeping your child(ren) in Delhi, you will be forever responsible for the impact, if any, this has on their health. The way this article describes it, that "if any" is merely euphemistic.

- Ruchi KapoorWow. I thought it was merely the result of visiting the city after long breaks but it turns out that wasn't just me; air quality in Delhi HAS actually worsened by 47% since 2002. I too trust the WHO results more than the govt's monitoring (which says Delhi and Bangalore have the same air quality FWIW). Hide
