Please use the complaint book in Indian railways trains to register your issues with air conditioning, catering, cleaning, misbehaviour of staff, etc. The complaint book is in the pantry car usually. Do remember to get a copy of your complaint. The TT has never denied me access to this book when asked. Within minutes of the complaint being registered, action is usually taken. This is because each complaint is properly followed up, as evident from the attached letter, and also goes into the service record of the personnel.
