Yesterday I was ranting about how slow the ICMR is. Now handle this. This cough syrup was handed out (for free) to a friend at the Mapusa District Hospital. This is not a homeopathic hospital, like the ones that the Delhi state government runs. Of course this syrup isn't working, and my friend is now going to a private pharmacy to get lozenges.
