The Internet is flooded with videos of Russian dudes doing crazy lifethreatening acts.
When you see the way the Russian military acts, you realise why Russians don't value their own lives. Because their government and society doesn't value life - Russian lives or other lives.
It really doesn't matter to the Russian government how many soldiers they lose in their war in Ukraine. Therefore, ill equipped and underfed young men plod on through Ukraine, wondering whether there even is a war plan in place.
Is it hard to imagine then, that not one Eastern European nation has good memories from the time when they were indirectly ruled by the Russians.
Russian inaction and misinformation regarding the sinking of the Moskva played out exactly like the sinking of the Kursk submarine. Russia did not allow anybody to rescue anyone from the Kursk. But Turkey did rescue 55 of the 510 sailors of the Moskva.
Russians did gather at Sevastopol to pay tributes to the sunken warship. Not to remember the soldiers that sank with it.
