This time last year, many industries had ground to a halt for many months due to a lack of oxygen. All oxygen had been diverted to hospitals.

I can't imagine what all industries and livelihoods will be impacted due to this coal shortage, leading to all coal being diverted to power plants.

Is there no end to the incompetence of this government?
