Petition to respell "puncture" as "puncher" in India.

(We need an Oxford/Cambridge or Merriam-Webster style authoritative dictionary of our own. With all our "misspellings", loanwords from South Asian languages, and unique grammatical formations, we speak an English that's entirely our own. High time the government recognised Indian English as a language that needs official attention and investment.)
