For families of the Narmada valley, the rains this year will bring an end to their way of life. Forever. Thousands of years of culture and wealth, livelihood and memories, submerged forever. This is not a flood. There is no rebuilding. Most of these families have not been allocated proper resettlement homes and farms. How will they live? Where will they go?
