5. Support Coordinator: Speak to our customers over phone and email, log service calls, assign calls to engineers using Zoho Desk, make sure calls are closed, take feedback from customers, collate visit reports, generate monthly reports, etc.
6. eCommerce Executive: Fresher OK. Has to work on the seller panels of Amazon, Flipkart, and some ten other ecommerce sites. Upload products, update prices and inventory, receive orders, generate invoices, coordinate with production and ship orders, etc.
