There's a chat box at the bottom of www.thinvent.in. When everyone in our team is busy (or slacking), visitors end up talking to me (coz I'm the fallback guy for everything round here). Looks like my customer service doesn't suck - I did make the product, so I know (and own) all the bugs :-D
