My kids have wanted to go see the red pandas in Meghalaya for years. We went to Meghalaya in 2015 but not where the pandas hang out.
I'm generally queasy with this whole concept of going and seeing wildlife. Won't the animals get disturbed? Unless you're a researcher, of course. But then, we visit bird sanctuaries all the time and the birds seem pretty cool about it.
Anyway. Anyone wanna come with us? Flights to the North East are subsidised. And there's a cheap helicopter ride from Gauhati to where these chaps are.
