The problem with the law is that its application depends on the outcome. It's all fun and games until someone dies. If no one dies, you brag about it on social media and encourage others to do it.

Which is the strange here is that the mother is dead, and the father has been sent to jail. The couple have a three year old and a newborn. Who gets to foster care for the children - the same idiot relatives who encouraged this fiasco in the first place.
