The Voyager 1 is the first, and the only known man made object, to have left the solar system.
At a distance of 145 AU from the Sun and the Earth, radio signals take over 20 hours to reach it. And yet it continues to communicate with us. For comparison, the Earth is only 1 AU from the Sun and sunlight takes 8 minutes to reach us.
At 17 km/s it is also the fastest man made object. The Helios probes were faster, but they were headed into the sun. This guy is headed away from the Sun at this tremendous speed.
The Voyager 1 used the gravity of other planets, as well as the orbital velocity of the Earth, to propel itself. New Horizons reached its 14 km/s velocity entirely on the basis of rocket propulsion, having been launched at 16 km/s from the Earth. NH is therefore the fastest artificially propelled object. It will be the fifth man made object to leave the solar system.
The Parker Probe has an orbital velocity of 95 km/s relative to the sun at perihelion. But I'm inclined to ignore all the solar probes - if you are going to shoot stuff into (or near) the Sun, for sure they're going to be fast (and fiery).
