The Company I work with is handling the procurement of certain Synthetic Essential Oil named Carolis Vegae Oil- Premium Plus but since the death of the former Supplier, Ashok Sateyam Gopal in August, 2018. The Buyer was in China last December but couldn't get the same quality as offered by this Indian manufacturer.
I'm the Chemist who certifies Product quality for the buyer and I’ve been working hard on this opportunity until now that I’ve finally gotten contacts of the Indian manufacturers where Gopal buys from. When I tried to contact them I was told that they sell only to local Indian market, however I discovered that their rates at $5,970 per liter is far below the standard international rates at $9,400 per liter and this is why I decided to find an Indian who can handle the transaction for our mutual benefits as I'll explain below.
THE PLAN:
#1. I will give you the contacts of both the Indian source and the buyer group coordinator so that you can start new contract with buyer for the rest of the Projects. I want you as Indian to act as Supplier so that you can buy from the same local source whose products are trusted by the buyer and then supply at the international rates on Ex-Works terms.
#2. Since it's the same cost in China, you will make your offer plain so that buyer comes to India and handle their shipments, yours will just be to buy from source and supply to us right there in India without traveling or worrying about exportation.
#3. Since you and I will be working together, you don’t have to worry about heavy investments, so you will only need to procure few quantities which you’ll show us/buyer on arrival as proof of Product and then insist on advance payment which I will also backup after verifying the quality of the quantity you provided. You can clearly see the profits margin in the price differences, so let's take advantage of the opportunity and make legitimate profits.
#4. Business Volume: the required quantity is about 500liters or more depending on your negotiation with the buyer.
#5. Legal/Regulatory Compliance: This Product is 100% legal globally and the HS Code in India is: 33029012.
Please understand that you must not disclose your connection with me to avoid anyone noticing my direct involvement with you. I want 30% of the excess profit as my commission after each successful transaction.
