Calling all Evil Scientists. There is now a floating ice shelf almost 40km by 40km in size, 200 meters deep. Whoever reaches it first gets to claim it as a new country. Sure, it'll be melting away, but if you are a real Evil Scientist, that is a small problem to fix. Who wants to set up their Evil Empire on this new nation of the world?

For instance we want to save environment from transport emission by introducing EV but no one wants to know how mining these rare metals impact our environment. Rare earths processing requires large amounts of harmful chemicals and produces large volumes of solid waste, gas and wastewater, which have contaminated villages in China.
