The Arabs are just as classist. When poor Muslims died in East Delhi, or were being lynched across India for several years over beef and other issues, they didn't bother. Now that Markaz is an issue, they have a problem.

They're not speaking for Muslims. They're speaking for Islam. आप फ़र्क़ समझिए।
