I've been interacting with Intel regarding the withdrawal of my EPF account. I sent them all the verification info they usually ask. They made me repeat the info over three more emails. Then, they gave me the email address of their outsourced firm and asked me to talk to them.
How big a process failure is this? The subject of my email itself mentioned EPF withdrawal. Did the process monkey at the other end really need to verify every detail of mine, simple to divulge an oh-so-precious email address?
