• Saurabh JVery true Tanu. I deal with a lot of Railways babus in my work. The amount of responsibility and expectations of higher ups, employees and citizens is so high these days. It is a thankless job with salary being disproportionate to the responsibility and duties. Logon ko babus khaali baithe dikhte hain but it is 24x7 responsibility like a CEO. Except bad decisions by CEOs rarely get people killed.
