Really, gaana.com, have you learnt nothing? You ask me to reset my password, but the maximum length possible is 14 letters. Who sets an upper limit? Have you not read https://xkcd.com/936/ even after your screwup? Also, your website has a loop. When I try logging in using my email address, it asks me to reset my password. In order to reset my password, I must first log in.

Saurabh Jgaana.com is the only site I use who's security policies I disagree with. And now they've had a break in and lost 10 million passwords. I must use it because their music collection is awesome. And cheap. Between the Jazz and Country playlists on Amazon Prime Music and Gaana, I often find Gaana winning. That's because they allow community made playlists. Maybe the community will find another provider that respects their privacy and data.
