If the AAP wins Punjab, they'll have an actual police force under them. And drugs and terrorism to fight. There'll be little space for excuses and fighting with the center, and a lot of urgent genuine work to be done. Should be interesting. Neither Congress nor BJP/SAD seems bothered about drugs at all.
