And I remember listening to one Franco who worked at SBI, in 1999, at an AID India conference. So I do some digging:

Having being an AID volunteer, at any point in life, is a gift that keeps on giving :-). Fellow I worked with is now "leader of bank officers’ union", of all banks.
He doesn't look as humble as he used to. I suppose you have to pose like that if you are supreme leader ;-)
