At the same time, I find it curious that she betrays not the slightest emotion when this lady narrates to her how her daughter's friend and mother perished in the attack. She doesn't waver. She doesn't go over and hug this woman as you expect any other "grandmother" to do. She just changes the topic like nothing ever happened. Stiff. Very stiff.
