• Saurabh JThere is some context to why I was particularly distraught this morning. At 5am this morning, one of our employees was denied entry into our office complex. This was blatant racial profiling, no doubt, because the white collar staff shows up early every now and then and no one objects. The security guards, people of his own social strata, were giving him a hard time. I spoke to the seniormost guard on duty over the phone, and he asked me to "be reasonable".
